Leadership Realignment

Miller Management first opened our doors over 30 years ago and each year we have been blessed with natural growth and expansion of the company. We are pleased to announce that due to capacity challenges with this growth, this requires some realignment of staff.

Role Realignment

To that end, Glenn Miller, our founder and CEO, will be focused on special projects and consulting, Jennifer Ross will be our only Vice President and lead the conversion team, and Chris Miller will now be the President of Miller Management. With these necessary changes, our capacity to better serve our clients will only increase. At this time, none of our client’s current MM representatives will be changing.

Tell Me More

Over the years, we’ve found that our Training + Consulting arm of MM has needed more resources than our Payroll + Accounting team can provide during our normal work days. This opportunity will give Dr. Miller, a Certified Fraud Examiner, the appropriate time to devote to clients that are in need of more in-depth consulting or financial emergencies. Our sales and onboarding team, under Jennifer Ross, will now be more streamlined for new clients which will strengthen our communication with these organizations. She will be able to dedicate her time to the beginning process of MM inquires to a few months after they transition to our service. Jennifer’s knowledge of the company, our processes, and friendly demeanor, make her the ideal person to greet new clients and help them onto our service. Chris Miller will be able to devote his time to the day-to-day tasks and product management as he takes over the President role at MM. He will also be able to do some consulting work with churches in the areas of administration and leadership. His work in his current position over the last 5 years, as well as his other duties over the past decade at MM, plus his education background, have been preparing him for such a time as this. As you can see with the above changes, our current clients will not notice a difference. And that is the goal with this realignment! With the exception of creating space to adapt to our clients needs and the capacity to fulfill those needs.

We view each of our clients as a special partner in kingdom ministry and look forward to all that we will be able to accomplish together with these exciting changes. The Miller Management staff will continue to provide Expertise that brings Clarity to finances enabling leadership to have Confidence in decision making.
