The new website of Miller Management, GoodFaithAccounting.com, officially launched two weeks ago and we wanted to highlight a few of our favorite things! This process has been about a year in the making and we had one mission: to make this extension of our services fit the ever growing needs of our clients.

One of the best updates of our new website is the filter section on our Resources pages. This new feature can easily help our clients find exactly what they need – and more! As Suzanne Freese, MM Senior Client Services Representative & Team Lead, said: “The Resources – Forms page offers so much information for our clients. It’s filled with, not only daily usage forms, but sample policies and worksheets that our clients can easily implement and improve consistency and clarity for the rest of their staff and constituents.”

This is a big part of our mission: to bring unparalleled value to our clients. We achieve this through well-designed, professional, user-friendly accounting and administrative products and services that increase organizational effectiveness while at the same time reducing administrative costs. Towards that end, we have free forms and other resources readily available not just for our clients, but also for potential clients, on our website.

“The new website is more user friendly and easier to search for forms, see upcoming events, and look up the people that you work with,” said Ashley Hurlbert, Senior Payroll Specialist & Team Lead. And we couldn’t agree more! These areas are the ones we intentionally wanted to improve with our new website.

With all the knowledge from our very talented staff, we strive to engage in speaking opportunities to enhance non-profits across the globe! Whether that be a conference that we co-host or a training seminar for our clients over the lunch hour.

Another feature we wanted to highlight is our Trusted Partners page. This section of our site is designed to help you find other organizations with a like-minded mission as Miller Management. These organizations are ones we have personally worked with in some capacity and appreciate their commitment to helping churches and non-profits. As Tara Rondeau, Senior Accounting Manager & Team Lead, said: “Customers appreciate the Trusted Partner list in the Resources section of the Miller Management website. They know that these vendors have an understanding of the nuances of non-profit needs.” Which we all know can be very extensive.

 

The day before the new website launched, Miller Management held a screening room preview for our staff. The event was complete with concession stand, previews, and popcorn! Here are a few snapshots of the event:
