Time Management
Starting Fresh
Sometimes January is the time of year we start deciding upon new habits to form, or old habits to stop doing. Whether you are taking the year off with personal development or are going in hard core, we wish you the best in your endeavors.
Below we have some ideas highlighted for whatever your goals might be. Or you can go straight to our “Training + Culture” Pinterest board.
Miller Management Clients
For our MM clients, we have a system set up for them on how to get their requests in on time for weekly check writing, or for monthly financials. Those forms can be found on our Resources page to help with time management from receiving the offering, to reconciling the credit cards.
Another time management saving tip comes from one of our products for Timekeeping – SwipeClock – which you can read more about in this post. If you haven’t already added it to your MM package, we encourage you to learn more about this product.
The mission of Miller Management is to help ministries with their administrative burden. To produce correct and understandable financial statements that they can provide to their constituents or board members. We know that finances and payroll may not be your strong suit, and those things are totally our jam. Talk about a time saver!
