The mission at Miller Management is to provide Expertise that brings Clarity to finances enabling leadership to have Confidence in decision making. This summer we are going to break down each of those topics and give you a deep dive of where to go for more on each of those core concepts.

Let’s begin at the beginning with “providing expertise.” To explore how Miller Management can provide expertise in finance, let’s start with our mission and vision. Our mission is above and our vision is about how since our beginning in 1989, we have worked diligently to bring unparalleled value to our clients. We define value as providing well-designed, professional, user-friendly accounting and administrative products and services that increase organizational effectiveness while at the same time reducing administrative costs.

We have a whole series on outsourcing and one of those topics is Expertise, so we won’t hit on those items here, but encourage you to head that way for more. Staff transitions is another place to send you on the topic of hiring in general – but how to hire someone that fits in your culture; paid, volunteer, outsourcing agency, etc.

Another way we showcase our expertise – that is free for clients and non-clients alike – is through both our forms and our podcast. Our Forms are templates for you to utilize however they most help your organization. Whereas our podcast is focused on Educating, Equipping, and Encouraging church leaders. A plethora of topics are available there where we either expand upon ourselves, or bring in a subject matter expert to do the talking for us.

Lastly, we provide our expertise through various training courses all throughout the year. While these courses have looked a little different for each season of Miller Management, our training courses have been around for almost as long as we’ve been in business. (For those non-numbers people, that was over 30 years ago!) This is a great way to get a taste of our experience and knowledge that we can deliver to you.
