More Space

There are several things the new office will provide that the current building doesn’t – and arguably, the most significant of these is space. We need more space.

In the current building, both the supply room and the breakroom have been turned into offices, and the conference room is used for staff lunches.

lunchThis photo from the June birthday lunch shows that we’re about to outgrow even the conference room.

In the new office, there will be an area just for supplies, a breakroom just for eating (and chatting, of course), and a conference room, just for conferencing. Actually, two conference rooms, so multiple meetings can happen at once, if necessary.

The setup of the new building is strategic, and added space allows for rooms to function as they’re meant to, which brings benefits of its own, like more opportunity for building community and room for growth.  More on that later.
