Where are you located?
Miller Management is headquartered in Kansas City, MO, with a branch office in Springfield, MO. However, we can provide services to companies all across the US with our mail or online services.
What services do you provide?
Miller Management provides payroll and accounting services to churches and non-profits across the United States. Please visit our services overview page, or you can Contact Us with a specific question.
What is provided in my cost?
Depending on the level of service your organization chooses, you are provided with your contracted services each month. For example: monthly financial statements, payroll and payroll taxes, donor contributions, online access to your financial information, and access to our experts by phone or email. Other benefits include free training and the accountability that comes with a third-party verifying your financials.
Can my small church / nonprofit budget handle the outsourcing price?
Our pricing structure in based on transactions, and is scaled by size and scope of each organization.
Why should we consider outsourcing our payroll or accounting?

Can you do my taxes?
While Miller Management does not provide tax services for individuals, you can visit our Trusted Partners page to see who we recommend for personal income taxes.
Do you provide any training?
Yes. When you sign up for our services there is a conversion team ready to train you and help you understand your payroll and/or financial situation better. Additionally, we provide free ongoing training for our clients during our partnership. We also provide courses through our Training + Consulting division of Miller Management for both clients and non-clients alike.
When do I need a W-9 or 1099?
See our blog post on 1099’s and W-9’s for an overview of different scenarios. Your assigned Client Services Representative or Accountant can also provide guidance on your specific situation.
Do we have to provide Housing Allowance or pay Social Security?

What can I do if there is suspected fraud in our ministry?
Please use our contact form to let one of our Certified Fraud Examiners help you address and navigate any issues. You can also view our anti-fraud posts or view our Training + Consulting services if you want to take anti-fraud measures in your ministry before it’s too late.
Can you provide an Audit for my organization?
At this time, we are not conducting any Administrative Audits.
Do holidays impact our pick-up or delivery days?
Each holiday is different, check your email for specific instructions for your organization. Payroll clients receive a Payroll Calendar at the beginning of the year with all the dates that impact your submissions.
What if my question isn’t listed above?
MM clients can email one of the team members assigned to them, and non-clients can fill out our Contact Form, and we will do our best to assist you.
