The world right now is a little uncertain. The people around you may be a little on edge. Everyone in your house might be working from home. You may also find that you have extra responsibilities, or maybe your responsibilities have been taken away during this time.

During all of this, it is helpful to keep a positive attitude. Or we could definitely ride the anxiety wheel for quite a while. As the administrative resource center, we want to provide a tangible outlet to get some of those thoughts out of your head.

Today we are sharing some paper resources, but our last post, has a listing of a few digital resources.

Calendar

Today we wanted to update a resource we shared a while back: a To-Do List and Month Calendar. It may be even more important for you to keep track of your to-do list as your work / home / school worlds are colliding.

Month of April Calendar:

April 2020

Maybe this is a spot for a rough meal plan. Maybe it’s a place for an exercise goal of the day. Or a kindness activity for your family to accomplish that week. Or a homework / work deadline area to see everything in one place. The possibilities are endless.

The blank space at the top is a place for you to write what you want to focus on during this month. A quote, verse, important project, etc., are some ideas for that area.

To-Do List

Like we mentioned before, you probably have a lot of things going through your head and this tool can help you clear the clutter. It may also be helpful to find a verse or quote to help get you through this time. Or it may be a good idea to write a gratitude journal. If that seems like another task that, honestly, won’t get done. No worries. We are here to help get you started.

This To-Do List provides a small section for gratitude, quote, and goals; while mostly focusing on the tasks you want to accomplish TODAY.

Daily or Weekly To-Do List

Side note: don’t feel that you have to fill all the spaces, just do what would actually be manageable for today. Give yourself and your family units some grace. Or modify this tool however is most helpful for you. This can also be used as a list for a week at a time if that works better for your particular situation.

In Our Thoughts

Before we go, we want to leave you with one final thought. The staff of Miller Management are still available to assist you during this time and know we are saying prayers for each of you as we continue to be Your Good Faith Accounting Partners.
