Hospitality Refresh

It’s interesting what a can of paint or new flooring can do to a space. Then when you knock down a few walls, you can really transform a space.

Refresh

And that’s just what we did to a couple of our spaces; with more to come in the future. A little refresh, since it had been a while since we touched these spaces. And some other spaces got a little more involved…

Creating a welcoming environment is something that has always mattered to our company. Even as things continue to progress to digital, online, and remote; Miller Management’s passion for creating a lovely work space has not changed.

Hospitality

We invite clients to attend trainings into our buildings, especially when they are new to MM. We have in-person interviews before hiring. In both cases (any many others) we hope our inviting work space is the quite additional person in the room, welcoming you in.

And we know this is also something our clients care about as well. Creating their own spaces of beauty, welcoming, calming spaces. Hospitality is the not so silent partner in the work that you do every day.

A quick google search provides these Bible verses of hospitality:

  • Hebrews 13:2: “Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.”
  • 1 Peter 4:9: “Show hospitality to one another without grumbling.”
  • Romans 12:13: “Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.”
  • Matthew 25:35: “I was a stranger and you invited me in.”

So whether your organization is a faith-based one or not. I still think we can agree that a welcoming space speaks for itself. And for those of us with that faith-based mission, it’s also part of our purpose and calling.

If you need an excuse to come see your MM representative, we’d love to show you around. Or even a virtual Zoom tour. Just ask! And don’t worry if it’s not right away, there is still more to come. We are always doing something in our buildings.
