Additions of Team Lead in Two Departments
Our management is constantly looking to the past: to remember our call; and looking to the future: to plan and reminisce. Sometimes that is done in small groups and sometimes larger groups are necessary. At the latest large group meeting, we looked to see how we are doing and areas we can improve – from our client surveys. There was a list of ideas to celebrate and actionable steps to improve processes were discussed.
Two of those successes include the promotions of two current staff members: Sara & Jennifer!
Team Lead Promotions
Sara Fry is being promoted to an Accounting Services Team Lead. She will be overseeing our Accounting interns this Summer. Sara has the gift of onboarding and training in a unique way that makes people feel comfortable and also learn a lot of valuable information. According to our own hiring principles, she also models the Hungry, Humble, & Smart values we strive for in our employees.

Jennifer Singleton is being promoted to a Payroll Services Team Lead. She also exhibits the qualities of Hungry, Humble, and Smart in the ways that she is constantly asking for more. More training, more work, more clients. And not just more, but wanting to understand the why’s and how’s and how we can better train our people and clients.
