MM Christmas 2017
This year’s festivities were all about finding our inner kid at Main Event. Kansas City’s own Eat. Play. Bowl. experience!
The evening started off with delicious Italian food, fit for a nice restaurant. There was cheerful banter between co-workers and their plus one’s. Each employee was awaiting the ever-anticipated Ra-Ra speech we have come to love in any all-staff gathering. when…
‘Twas the office party before Christmas, when all through the room
Not a stomach left hungry, not a dry spoon.
The tables were decorated by the employees with care,
In hopes that the Christmas spirit we would share.
The children were running around the arcade
With visions of gelato and lemonade.
When up from the head table the Captain did arise,
Bringing not a speech but a card full of surprise!
Away to the bowling alley some did rush,
Or to the laser tag arena, without a blush.
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But a ropes course – “10 feet high up here!”
Now, Izma! Now, Kerry! Now, Lisa & Laura!
On, D! On, Ileah! On, Ashley & Tara!
Oh my, what a flight!
