Accountability: the fact or condition of being accountable; responsibility. Responsibility. Accountability. Words every pastor loves to hear, right? While it is true, you are responsible and accountable for a whole community of people; you are also responsible for your own self-care. October is the perfect month to remind you of those facts. Happy #pastorappreciationmonth
Ministry Leader Self-Care
If you don’t already have a few close friends or other Pastors to lean on, we encourage you to take that step and ask for help. Or reach out to another friend who you think could use a friend. In today’s social network, it doesn’t have to be in a coffee shop or in someone’s office, it can be anywhere around the world.
