Notes + Floats
Sometimes in the midst of deadlines and meetings, we all need a little reminder of the value we bring to the table.
Our team is truly special; and we got to demonstrate that last week, with one of our random pop-up events we started having around the office.
Last week’s theme was a root-beer {or whatever soda you like} float and a special note-writing activity.
Each team member got their own paper and we went around and wrote something nice or encouraging about our other teammates.
We also couldn’t let an opportunity go by without promoting our celebration year! Our staff also received fun cups as a token of appreciation from our boss.
Our cups were definitely filled in more ways than one with this event!
