6 Essentials of Church Financial Management

A six week course in basic church financial management. The course will meet live, online, for one hour per week, for six weeks, covering one topic per week. Course material will come from the trainer and co-author of Pastoral Helmsmanship, this book is included in your ticket price.

5 Keys to Utilizing Your Financial Data

Having accurate and timely financial statements is essential for every ministry. How to read and understand those statements is just as important. This 90 minute course will walk you through the basics of accounting, plus three financial statements your ministry needs to have and understand. Then you will learn about how to utilize that information to help your ministry make informed decisions.

Creating an Effective and Efficient Offering Counting System

This is one of our most popular courses. Every ministry needs a counting system that is organized and is accountable. This course will provide a roadmap to setting up an effective and efficient counting system complete with procedures, forms, and all the necessary components needed to be successful.

This course will provide the foundation for taking your current budget process to a mission driven, annual goal setting process. Which will align all of your ministry resources directly to your mission. This annual process will increase teamwork and communication and decrease politics. The goal is to align all your resources to more effectively meet your mission.

Building Trust and Credibility Through Financial Integrity

With world wide ministry fraud topping 80 billion dollars, (yes, that is a B as in billions) it’s time we take financial integrity more seriously. This course will illuminate the issues of fraud in ministry and why fraud happens in churches. We will also provide best practices that will significantly reduce the opportunity of fraud, and in turn, help build trust and credibility with your constituents.
