New Product: SwipeClock

Product Highlight: TimeWorksPlus

One of Miller Management’s technology implementations of 2018 was adding Swipe Clock Workforce Management to our host of products. Visit our Core Values page to see why technology is an important aspect of our company.

We are now offering this software to our clients! Which is why we wanted to highlight this product today. Contact MM’s VP if you would like to integrate this product into your Miller Management package.

This software is available in Portal and App form. Both have a similar look and are capable of the same information, it’s just a matter of choice. {Scroll down for a product demo!} Some of the great features we are most excited about for our clients include the following.

For Managers:

  • Timekeeping tracking includes Intelligent PunchLogic, cloud-based service, and has flexible timekeeping for both hourly and salaried employees.
  • Scheduling templates and reporting are included.
  • Labor Data and Reporting – with alerts – are going to be a really helpful feature.
  • Overtime Management includes automatic or flexible application and alerts for both employee and supervisors.
  • Payroll Integration – with ACS!
  • Great automation and easy access for Supervisors.

For Employees:

  • Time off requests directly in app or on the portal.
  • Track hours and see schedule.
  • View your check stub, W-2, and W-4.
  • Edit information for W-4 directly in app or on the portal.

Even though this product includes intuitive navigation schedules and requests, and doesn’t require much training, it’s nice to see a little taste. For that reason, we are excited to show you a couple demos of the product today!

Some of the things the MM staff love about this product is how easy it is to use and the convenience of it being on our phones – just like everything else we do these days.
