MM Standard of Credibility
The standard level of service you receive when outsourcing your financials, is the Miller Management Standard, which has become well respected. We provide our information on your financials as the experts in the field.
These are some of the ways that your organization can provide assurance for both staff and constituents alike that financial aspects – including payroll & contributions – are being handled by trained professionals that adhere to the most recent changes in tax laws and best accounting practices.
Show Me The Stats
The best way we can track that data is through our yearly client survey. In those results each year, our overall satisfaction results remain in the high 90%.
We also ask the simple question of “Would you refer us to someone?” And that number continues to be in the high 90th percentile as well.
We also like to pass along the comments that come from our client survey results throughout the year on our Facebook page. They are our best form of credibility to other organizations. Which we know to be true because so many of our inquires come from a referral of some sort; either a current client or Trusted Partner.
