Miller Management has had the fortune of having multiple staff members for several years or over a decade. For those members, we want to acknowledge their skill, loyalty, and the value they add to each team.
With that, we have 5 team members we want to publicly acknowledge: Jennifer Ross, Chris Miller, Suzanne Freese, Ashley Hurlbert, & Tara Rondeau.
MM Names Two Vice Presidents
Jennifer Ross will be only the second VP in company history as the Vice President of Operations. She has been faithfully serving Miller Management since 2006. Chris Miller will be the third VP in company history as the Vice President of Business Development. He has served in several roles at Miller Management over the years, but has been in his current position since 2014.
Because of our rapid growth through adding organizations to our services and the options this opens up for their future responsibilities, we feel this title change fulfills the necessary progress needed to help serve our clients better. This gives our future a flexibility we didn’t have before.
This change is in part due to the recognition of Jennifer and Chris’ substantive responsibilities in running the company on a day-to-day basis, and part due to their track record of progressive responsibilities. We would like to recognize each of them for their creativity, innovation, customer service, and doing their jobs well!
Three Recognized for their Expertise, Contribution, and Longevity
Ashley Hurlbert, a 14 year veteran of Miller Management, becomes the first “Senior Payroll Specialist/Team Lead.” Her track record for client care, effectiveness and efficiency is unmatched in the department.

Suzanne Freeze, a 10 year veteran of Miller Management, becomes the first ever “Senior Client Services Representative/Team Lead.” Her dedication, diligence, and teamwork have been invaluable in the Client Services team.

She’s always shown a remarkable ability to serve our clients and staff but her understanding of the Miller Management processes along with the standard accounting practices we utilize has been just as significant. Tara Rondeau, a 6 year veteran of Miller Management, becomes the first ever “Senior Account Manager/Team Lead.” Her diligence and excellence in customer care have been invaluable to the Account Managers over the years.
