Staff Appreciation Month

As our clients know, January can get a little crazy around the Miller Management office. As well as with our client’s offices! Toward that end, the owners of MM try to create some ways to show their appreciation during this month. Besides getting to assist our clients with their accounting and payroll needs, of course! 🙂

This year, there were a few fun things planned, and then a special event popped up – hello, Chiefs Parade Watch Party! Technically that was in February, but I’m still counting it. 🙂 Maybe we should say “Staff Appreciation Month+”?

Appreciation…by Food

Anyway…. Sheridan’s & Hot Chocolate was a must bring back from the previous Staff Appreciation Month.

We added a special breakfast to our regular monthly event to kick off the month of appreciation.

Also each year, we end the month with a lunch meeting. Food really is a great tool to show your appreciation! 🙂 We review the survey results that our clients provide us; talk about areas of improvements and share success stories.

New Appreciation Ideas

New this year, we incorporated a Spirit Week – and we had great participation! Especially on the “Sports Team Day” as you can imagine.

As previously mentioned, we threw in a Chief’s Parade Watch Party. Which was the {red} cherry on top for sure!

What it’s all about

Mostly during this time of appreciation, we reflect on how thankful we are to partner with ministries all over the US to help them with their Payroll and Accounting needs. Which is at the heart of our mission statement, and also on the hearts of each employee.
