Florence Sebern started in 2025 as our Springfield office Administrative Professional. She brings with her over 40 years of experience in administrative roles in a plethora of fields. She loves details, a challenge, and contributing to a well-run organization. Patience, respect, fortitude, and perseverance are qualities she strives to develop and use daily. Florence studied parliamentary procedure for 20 years and is proficient in organization structure and the rules of good self-governance. She was drawn to Miller Management after a recent move from Denver, Colorado to Springfield, Missouri, because of the kind of work environment and work ethic we emulate.
When Florence isn't digging into processes or organization, you might find her and her husband exploring their beautiful new home state. Walking through parks, serving at their church, or enjoying life with their two grandkids.
