Miller Management is hiring a part-time Client Services Representative to service our ever-growing non-profit client base. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with great customer service skills and a heart for serving others. This is a part-time, non-exempt position. Compensation is based on education and experience. Position Overview: The MM Client Services Representative is responsible for professional, accurate, and timely processing of client data while providing them with fast, friendly customer support.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with churches and/or nonprofits is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
Process weekly and monthly accounts payable for a block of assigned clients
Process bank deposits and bank transactions as needed
Process donor contributions as required
Distribute internal client work for processing as needed
Assist team members when workload necessitates
Assist with special projects as assigned
Other duties as assigned
