Miller Management is hiring a full-time (40 hours) Director of Operations to service our ever-growing non-profit client base. The Director of Operations is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day work of the Client Services, Payroll, and Courier Departments; and the Front Desk. Emphasis will be placed on client work ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness all with a focus on client satisfaction.

Compensation is based on education and experience. Required Qualifications:
- Relevant College Degree
- 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work independently and lead a team

- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Experience with churches and/or non-profits is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Client Services and Payroll teams, Courier department, and front desk
Work closely with, develop, and grow team leads in each department
Act as a liaison and high-level problem solver on client concerns
In conjunction with the Conversion team, ensure that new clients are on-boarded effectively
Work closely with other departments and their managers
Work with senior leadership in strategic planning, creativity, and innovation
Other duties and special projects as assigned
