3. Payroll
Payroll Processing
Each client is provided a vehicle for reporting the hourly employees’ time and confirmation of the salaried employee’s pay each pay period. Payroll checks are created based on the information received in the “Payroll Input.”
Direct Deposit
The “Direct Deposit Authorization” form must be completed and submitted to Miller Management to begin the process. Our system can deposit paychecks to a checking account, a savings account, or split into multiple accounts.
Payroll Reports
Live checks will be returned to the client. The corresponding payroll reports will be uploaded to File Exchange.
Payroll Tax Preparation and Filing
The reports that Miller management complete include:
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual tax preparation
- W-2’s, W-3’s, and 941’s
- New Hire Reporting
