Chris Miller, President of Miller Management, will be the facilitator and coach for this Spring 2026 cohort. Time for networking, group discussions, and one-on-one coaching is provided with the $300 course price.
Small groups of treasurers are invited to join this 3-session cohort. Three one hour trainings over three months, plus one-on-one coaching with the facilitator. Learn the role of the church treasurer in the first session. Financial reporting and cash management will be discussed in session two. We will conclude with budgeting and the role of audits in session three.
