Congrats, a Round of Promotions

We had a round of new team leads in a previous post. And we have another one to add today. Plus a few other exciting internal announcements. Most of these title changes reflect the work that was already being done, but we are just calling attention to it today. But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t stop and take a moment to celebrate.🎉

Congrats, Corly (& Jennifer S. & Sara)

First up, Corly has been added to the addition of Team Leads. She works in the Client Services Department and you can find her helping out her teammates and problem solving issues at work. She hasn’t been at Miller Management all that long before this promotion (under a year), but her ability to process the work, comprehend the tough issues, and colaborate with her team has proved very valuable.

This is where Jennifer & Sara were from our previous announcement. The title placements of these three ladies will round out our leadership team across all departments very well. This helps keep our clients needs top of mind with the skills our team posesses. While we continue to hire experts in the field. And round out our teams and provide the best partnerships to our clients.

Lisa & Jennifer R.’s Promotions

A couple other ladies were able to be promoted, among our leadership team. Lisa’s new title will now include “Vice President” and will be, I believe, the fourth person to hold a VP title in MM’s history. While Miller Management hasn’t had this particular job before, we believe Lisa embodies the Vice President of Accounting Services job well, as it is basically what she has been doing for a while now. We are greateful for her committment to the team, and to her clients.

Jennifer R.’s title get’s an upgrade to Senior Vice President. Apparently, our boss likes to give Jennifer a brand new role and title every few years. Just to keep her on her toes. (As this will be at least the 3rd time he has done that to her. Probably more.) She will still continue in her role helping with onboarding, sales, and marketing. And potential clients will still get to talk to her first. How lucky!

With all the “senior” titles we are throwing out today; it is worth noting that is has nothing to do with any of their ages. 😉

Congratulations to Rachel, Laura, & Ana

Up next, another round of seniority! Simply meaning their years of tenure and expertise. Rachel in Client Services, Laura in Accounting, and Ana in Payroll.

All of these ladies are known to not just bring up problems, but to provide solutions when they bring up an issue. They are not afraid of putting in the work or tackling the big problems. All while they have a calm demeanor and are still pleasant to be around. {Even though we know their heads must be spinning sometimes.} Their consistency, flexibility, and apptitude at training other staff has proven to be invaluable to our teams.

We are so thankful that all of these ladies are poring their time and energy into helping our clients and co-workers live out their mission. You can view all our staff members on our Our People page of the website.
