Clients First: Core Value #1

After our January Chapel post on remembering your vision, our marketing department thought it would be fun to have a series on our core values. Those may not be something our clients see all that much.
But even if you don’t see these seven values written out, our hope is that you still get the overall experience, even when you might not put the same label on it that we did.
So, let’s get started.
Core Value #1
We will operate with the best interests of our clients in mind at all times.
Hopefully this one is self-explanatory. What we do each day, we do for our clients. Without you, there would be no Miller Management. For that, we are grateful. Our employees are doing what they are called to do, so that you can do what you are called to do. Each decision we make, we are thinking of your best intent.
There is a small caveat we want to go over today, however.
Yes, we want to keep your best interests at the top of our minds with each decision. However, you hired us to do our job. For instance, to keep you in best practices with the IRS. Or to help you set up accountability measures so that it’s harder to commit fraud inside of your organization.
And you’re not our only client… Sorry to burst your bubble! Some of our processes, like our form templates are so we can process the large volume of transactions we need to process each month. They may not be your favorite forms, but they help us do our job, which give you a better product in the end. We also know a lot of you LOVE the free templates we provide. Which helps you not forget to add all pertinent information to get your check request processed in a timely manner.
ALSO.
We know our client contacts by name, and you know ours. We read each client survey. And each email you send us. A person answers each phone call, and routes you to the proper expert. And as long as one of those items from above is not jeopardized, we are happy to assist you!
