After our January Chapel, we decided to run a series on our core values because it may not be something our clients see all that much. But even if you don’t see it written out, our hope is that you still get the overall experience; even when you might not put the same label on it that we did. And that’s okay.
So, let’s get started. Since this is the last value, you may want to start here, at #1. That way you can find out our values are clients first, excellence, flexibility, respect, servant heart, and best people. Now, on to #7.

Creativity and innovation play a vital role in our continued success and our future significance.
- Creativity and innovation is present in all of us in varying degrees; it is both inherent and a skill that can be developed. We expect creativity and innovation from every staff member.
- This organization is about options and possibilities, not about what can’t be done.
- We specialize in providing viable solutions for our client’s problems and concerns.
This simply means we strive to stay ahead of client concerns, or listen when they are voiced. We don’t always have the answer right away, and that’s okay. If it’s within our means, we can partner with you to create a viable solution that benefits both parties.
Whether that entails a custom report, client training, or walking through a problem together with your team. MM staff are here to listen, understand, and provide creative and often innovative solutions.
After all, if we aren’t adapting and changing, our business would become irrelevant. And we know this is what we were all uniquely created to do. Just like you. 💙
