What does it look like to request information from Miller Management? What kind of timeline does that require? Which financial items do we need to pass along? And is there a safe place to ask all my questions?

Maybe you’ve had a similar thought process in your contemplation over Miller Management services. So we wanted to spell it out for you today. Maybe you’ve seen our graphic at a marketing booth or on social media. This post will go into some details on these six steps; or what we like to call the Path to Partnership.

Path to Partnership

  1. contact MM to inquire of services
  2. meet with the MM onboarding team
  3. provide data for proposal
  4. receive written proposal
  5. provide information requested
  6. receive start date

Contacting us might come from our website, from a marketing booth, or a referral. Next you schedule a call with our onboarding team. This might be a phone call or zoom call. After the call, you will have some homework of what to provide to MM for us to be able to provide an accurate proposal.

See our post on transactions for more details on our pricing.

Once we have the data needed, we can provide a propsal that you can take back to your board or leadership team and make an informed decision. There are more items to collect after the signed proposal, and then you receive your start date.

Onboarding Journey

After the path to partnership is complete, then we can begin the Onboarding Journey. This time is focused on the specific data that Miller Management will need to convert your organization. It details the meetings needed with each department – so you can be provided training or ask your specific questions with each department.

Then, you submit all your documents for the first month of processing and meet with the Accountant to discuss your preliminary financials. The whole journey is usually completed in six to eight weeks.

Onboarding Journey for the Path to Partnership

Now that you’ve seen the details, you are probably ready to dive right in, amiright? Well, maybe you have a few more questions. 🙂 That’s perfectly normal. Either way, your next step will be to learn more about our Accounting & Payroll services, and then reach out to the Client Success Team to ask your questions and get the process started. We are excited to partner with you on this financial journey.
