Jennifer Ross

Jennifer Ross is the Senior Vice President of Miller Management and the Team Leader for our Client Success Team. After joining us in 2006 as a part-time Client Services Representative, Jennifer has served in countless roles here leading up to her current position. She has a wide variety of experience including adult education since 1991, accounts payable since 2006, contributions since 2006, and client conversions since 2009. Though her career started in another industry, Jennifer has used her past experience to excel in her work here. Her areas of expertise include building partnerships with our clients, staff development, project management, and onboarding.

Jennifer works at Miller Management because she feels she found her calling here: serving God through meeting an administrative need that allows clients to focus on doing ministry. Something you might not know about her is that she was saved and baptized at 43 years old, along with her husband and three kids. She is a Miller Management Blue Chip Award winner, which is an award for serving the mission of MM across denominational lines. She currently serves at her church in a variety of ways including: Treasurer of the Church Corporation, Ministry Involvement Co-Director; and volunteer on the counting, worship, and building project teams. Jennifer also serves on the board of the Missouri Baptist Foundation, since December 2018, and is currently the Board Chair.
